Jeremy’s introduction to real estate began more than 20 years ago, working with one of the country’s largest home builders in California.
That early experience gave him a rare, behind-the-walls perspective—watching homes take shape from foundation to finish and developing a deep understanding of how they’re built from the ground up.
Over time, his interest in building science evolved into both a knowledge base and a genuine passion—one he brings to every transaction, whether helping clients better understand the value and nuances of high performance homes or positioning a property with clarity and confidence.
Jeremy’s path to Maine began with a visit to family in New England and a spontaneous day trip to Portland. From its cobblestone streets to its easy access to the outdoors, he immediately felt at home—and soon made the cross-country move to call Vacationland his own.
Today, he feels incredibly fortunate to help others do the same. Outside of real estate, Jeremy can often be found snowboarding, mountain biking, or sampling IPAs from Portland’s world-class breweries.
